At KENZ, we want you to make sure your order is right before accepting it.

Inspection Upon Delivery

You are allowed to *open and inspect your order while the courier is present* before accepting the delivery.

Please make sure to check:

* The item(s) you ordered
* Color and size
* Quantity
* The general condition of the item(s)

Once the order has been inspected and accepted from the courier, KENZ does not offer returns or exchanges, except where otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

If you choose not to accept the order after inspection, the shipping fees must be paid to the courier.

Please note that inspection is for checking the order only. Items may not be worn, used, or damaged during inspection.
